Refund rules for the current Pro plan

This policy explains how Rolvix handles subscription cancellations, renewals, and refund requests for the current Pro plan setup.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid Rolvix Pro subscriptions purchased for use on rolvix.io. It explains how cancellations, renewals, and refund requests are handled for the current billing model.

If applicable law gives you additional rights, those rights continue to apply.

2. Subscription billing

Rolvix currently offers Pro subscriptions billed on a monthly or yearly recurring basis. Charges renew automatically on the selected billing interval unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Billing and subscription management are handled through PayPal and, where available, the billing link from your account.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription so that it does not renew for the next billing period. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically reverse charges that have already been processed for the current period.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, access to Pro features continues until the end of the already paid billing period after cancellation.

4. When refunds may be considered

As a general rule, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started, because access to Pro features is granted immediately.

Rolvix may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where there is a clear billing or delivery problem.

  • Duplicate charges for the same subscription period.
  • A proven technical failure that prevented access to the paid feature set after purchase.
  • An accidental renewal request raised promptly after the renewal charge, where usage after renewal was minimal or absent.

5. When refunds are usually not available

Refunds are generally not available for partial use of a billing period, changes of mind after substantial use, or failure to cancel before the scheduled renewal date.

Rolvix may deny requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the actual subscription and usage history.

6. Approved refund handling

If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the original payment method used for the transaction, subject to PayPal's processing flow and the payment provider's timing.

The amount returned may exclude taxes, fees, or currency-conversion differences where those amounts are not recoverable or where law requires different treatment.

7. Billing processor role

Because payment processing is handled by PayPal, some billing questions may need to be resolved through PayPal's records, invoices, charge references, or payment-support flow.

Nothing in this policy limits your right to request chargeback or card-network remedies where applicable, although we encourage direct resolution first when possible.

8. Updates

Rolvix may update this policy if the product's billing model, trial structure, or legal requirements change. The current version will always be posted on this page.
