Clear terms for using Rolvix

These terms explain the rules for using Rolvix, the limits of the service, and how paid subscriptions work.

Last updated: May 18, 2026Applies to: rolvix.io

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Rolvix at rolvix.io, including the resume builder, CV scoring workflows, LinkedIn drafting tools, exports, and related account features.

By using Rolvix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and permitted use

You may use Rolvix only in compliance with applicable law and only for legitimate career, resume, recruiting, or professional-profile purposes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload or enter, and for keeping your login credentials secure.

  • You must not impersonate another person or organization.
  • You must not upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • You must not attempt to interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service.

3. Your content and outputs

Rolvix helps you create and improve professional materials, but you remain responsible for the final content you publish, export, submit, or share.

You should review generated or edited content before using it in applications, public profiles, or communications with employers.

4. Plans, billing, and renewals

Some Rolvix features are free and some require a paid Pro subscription. Current plan limits and pricing are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Paid subscriptions renew on the billing interval you choose unless canceled before the next renewal date. Checkout and recurring payment processing are handled through PayPal.

  • Free-tier limits may apply to resume count, exports, CV scoring, and LinkedIn drafts.
  • Pro access may include AI resume writing, AI CV scoring, unlimited usage, and billing-portal access.
  • You authorize the applicable recurring charges for your selected subscription until you cancel.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Rolvix to transmit malware, scrape the service without permission, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, or abuse any automated workflow in a way that harms the service or other users.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your use creates security, legal, fraud, or abuse risk.

6. Intellectual property

Rolvix, including the site design, software, branding, and product workflows, is owned by Rolvix or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or any Rolvix intellectual-property rights to you.

7. Disclaimers

Rolvix is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect scoring accuracy, hiring outcomes, or compatibility with every employer process.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rolvix disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rolvix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

If liability cannot be excluded, Rolvix's total liability for claims relating to the paid service will be limited to the amount you paid to Rolvix for the affected subscription period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to the service or terms

We may update these terms when the product, billing model, or legal requirements change. Material updates will apply when posted on this page unless a different effective date is stated.

Your continued use of Rolvix after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Rolvix at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access would create material risk for the service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and payment obligations already incurred, will continue to apply.
